1. Jumping Jacks
Jumping jacks are a classic exercise that can quickly get your heart rate up and boost your energy levels. Start with your feet together and arms at your sides. Jump up, spreading your legs shoulder-width apart and raising your arms above your head. Jump back to the starting position and repeat for a quick energy boost.

2. High Knees
High knees are a great exercise to engage your core and leg muscles while also increasing your heart rate. Simply jog in place, lifting your knees as high as possible with each step. Aim for a quick pace to really feel the energy-boosting effects.

3. Power Lunges
Power lunges are an excellent way to work your lower body and get your blood pumping. Start by standing with your feet hip-width apart. Take a large step forward with your right foot, lowering your body until both knees are at a 90-degree angle. Push off your right foot back to the starting position and repeat on the other side.

4. Mountain Climbers
Mountain climbers are a full-body exercise that can quickly elevate your heart rate and boost your energy. Begin in a plank position with your hands directly under your shoulders. Drive your knees in towards your chest one at a time, alternating legs quickly to simulate climbing a mountain.

5. Burpees
Burpees are a challenging but effective exercise for a quick energy burst. Start standing, then squat down and place your hands on the floor. Jump your feet back into a plank position, perform a push-up, then jump your feet back to your hands and explode up into a jump. Repeat for a full-body energizing workout.
